In the session, you can learn how to practice relaxation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Regular relaxation practices can improve concentration and overall mental health, contributing to a more enjoyable academic journey.

Ralaxations take place on the ground on the mats that are available on site. However, you can also bring your own yoga mat. Come in comfortable clothes that you can lie down in. Tight jeans and short skirts are rather inappropriate.
